Custom Order Form

Thinking about choosing Horseman's for your next playday, rodeo, or riding club awards? Look here to see examples of our custom orders and awards and learn more about what we do.

Our turnaround time varies, but as a rule, you can expect the following:

• For orders of just a few custom items or a smaller award order of 10 items or less, please allow a 2 week turnaround time.
• When ordering 10 or more trophy items, try to give us at least a month.
• Fully custom leather items, such as custom breast collars or headstalls made by our leather shop, will require an 8 week lead time.
• Depending on workload, we may be able to accommodate a 1-2 day rush for an added fee. This does not take shipping into account, so if you're in a rush, please let us know ASAP. We'll do what we can to make it happen.
• For award buckles, allow at least 8 weeks.
• For trophy saddles, please call or email us. Saddles in stock can be personalized in 1-2 weeks. Orders for riding clubs or organizations may take longer 8-10 weeks or longer, depending on workload and order complexity.
