TIMING OF CUSTOM ORDERS

We stay pretty busy with custom orders, but we try to keep turnaround time on custom orders as quick as possible. Turnaround time on custom tack and riding awards varies. As a rule, you can expect a two week turn around time on most orders.

For orders of just a few custom items or a smaller trophy tack order of 15 items or less, expect 1-2 weeks.
When ordering 15 or more custom tack items, plan on at least a month.
For trophy saddles, give us a call. Expect 8-10 weeks for fully custom saddles. Orders for riding clubs, playdays, banquets, or organizations may take longer.
Trophy saddles chosen from in-store stock can be ready in 1-2 weeks.
